Attending a church for the first time can be daunting!

Here you will find more information about what to expect from a Sunday Service at Sedgley Community Church.

We hope this puts at ease any concerns you may have. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch and we'll be happy to chat to you!

What happens at a service?

When you come to a service you will be welcomed by our team, before finding a seat.

Our services last about 90 minutes including sung worship, a Bible-based talk, communion (morning service only), and an opportunity to be prayed for if you’d like.

Our gatherings are informal and relaxed and you’re free to engage as little or as much as you would like

What time are the services?

11AM or 6PM

Sunday morning features communion and a full Kids program.

Parking is available on site!

What about my Kids?

You'll be happy to know that Kids are just as welcome!

During the first part of the service, Kids are able to enjoy and participate in sung worship. We feel this is important to give them an understanding of what it means to be a part of a church.

If your little one is getting disruptive, we have a creche available where you can still enjoy whats going on!

After this, Kids are taken to Sunday School by a team of DBS checked volunteers. There, they will sing songs, do crafts and discover stories from the Bible in a meaningful and helpful way!

If your Kids can't get enough we also offer a Friday night club called Tribe which runs 6:15-7:30pm during term time!
